COLORFUL CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked cubed chicken breast
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. dried cranberries
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator.
