POTATOES PARMESAN 
8 potatoes, quartered
1 stick butter
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan, add potatoes and coat with the melted butter. Add enough grated cheese to saucepan to coat potatoes. Place potatoes onto an aluminum foil lined baking sheet in a single layer. Top with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Potatoes will be crispy crunchy on the outside and creamy smooth on the inside.
