1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. diced ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish.

Bake at 350°F until hash browns have browned and are tender.
