TENNESSEE VINEGAR SAUCE 
Great on pulled pork BBQ!

2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. "6 pepper blend"
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 to 4 whole cayenne peppers
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in saucepan, add vinegar and all other ingredients. Rapidly simmer on medium heat until reduced by 1/3. Strain onions and peppers out. Let cool before using.
