WELCH PANCAKES "CREPES" 
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour

Mix in blender until smooth. Put 3 tablespoons batter in greased 7 inch pan. Swirl to spread in pan. Sprinkle with currants. Turn and cook other side. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Roll up and enjoy.
