SKINNY DIP 
3/8" cube fresh ginger, minced
1 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt, drained of excess liquid
5 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 1/2 tsp. dried dill
2 1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
Salt to taste

Blend yogurt, ginger, mustard, dried, dill and brown sugar. Add salt to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
