4 medium potatoes, cut in strips lengthwise, about 1/2 inch thick 1 tbsp. oil Paprika Lite salt While cutting potatoes, keep strips in bowl of ice water to crisp. Drain and pat dry. Return to bowl and sprinkle with oil, mixing with hands to distribute oil evenly. Bake at 450 degrees on jellyroll pans until golden brown and tender, about 30-40 minutes. Turn potato strips frequently. Sprinkle generously with paprika and sparingly with lite salt. |
