VI'S SUNDAY SPECIAL 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
Fettuccine noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 or 3 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in warm water
1/4 c. onions, sauteed in butter
Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. can or 2 sm. cans Durkee French fried onions

Boil and debone chicken. Cook noodles and drain. Mix soup and liquid bouillon together with sauteed onions and chicken. In casserole dish layer noodles, cottage cheese, soup mixture. Cover top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Remove from oven and top with onion rings and return to oven until onions are browned. Great warmed-up.
