TURTLE CAKE 
1 bx. German Chocolate Cake Mix
14 oz. caramels
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Pet Milk
1 c. chopped cashews
1 c. chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour 1/2 of the batter into greased and floured 13 x 19 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Melt caramels in the butter over low heat. Add milk. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Cover with remaining batter. May sprinkle additional nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
