BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage, drain well. Put milk, eggs, salt and mustard into bowl. Add bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Pour into baking dish (7 x 11 inches or 8 x 12). Refrigerate overnight.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F. Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Serves 8.
