1 pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix together. Bake in graham cracker crust 2 1/2 minutes on full power. Top with the following.

1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar

Bake 45 second on full power. Will seem a bit soft, but will harden as it cools.
