EASY CHEESECAKE 
1/4 c. lemon juice
16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust pie shell
Optional: Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Mix the softened cream cheese and the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the vanilla and lemon juice until well blended. Pour into crust and refrigerate overnight.

Garnish each slice with pie filling.

This is a old family favorite. But I use only one 8 ounce cream cheese and 1/3 cup lemon juice. Just recently, made it with half cherry & half blueberry pie filling, as I split the fillings down the middle of the pie. Cherry filling is still the favorite by most!!! Me, too!!!
