EASY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fruit pie filling (1 can, chilled)

For Crust: Mix ingredients. Press onto bottom and sides of 10" springform pan.

For Filling: Beat cheese in electric mixer. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla and continue beating until creamy and light. Pour into crumb crust. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Chill before serving.

Top with canned fruit pie filling of your choice.
