SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH LITTLE
PIGS
 
5 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 lb. little pig sausages
3 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Cut sausages into 1 inch pieces and fry until brown, but not dry. Add flour and mix to smooth paste, then gradually add milk and cook until mixture thickens. Add salt. Layer potatoes and sausage gravy in a greased baking dish, ending with sausages. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes.
