1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch or caramel ice cream topping
1 container Cool Whip
3 Heath bars

Bake the cake according to package directions in 9 x 13 inch pan. While still warm, poke holes all over the cake at 1-2 inch intervals. Pour the sweetened condensed milk all over the cake, followed by the ice cream topping. Cool. Spread Cool Whip over the cake. Sprinkle crushed Heath bars over the Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
