1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (4 oz.) bar German sweet chocolate, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, shortening and grated chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan.

ICING: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
