1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix above ingredients together and place into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together with electric mixer. Cover crust with mixture. 1 sm. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding 3 c. milk

Mix with electric mixer. Pour over second layer. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Shave Hershey chocolate bar over the top (optional).
