1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 c. thick taco salsa
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Grease a pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spoon into pie pan. Layer remaining ingredients over bean mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes 375 degrees.

Serve with sour cream, diced tomatoes, lettuce, onion and shredded cheese as you would with tacos.
