SANDBAKKELER 
2 c. butter
3 eggs (one at a time)
Almond extract
2 c. sugar
5 1/2 - 6 c. flour

Mix butter, sugar and almond extract. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in flour until it forms a stiff dough. Chill well. Form very thin in Sandbakkel tins. Bake at 325 degrees F. until just beginning to brown at edges. Cool slightly, then tip tin over and pinch to pop cookies out. Store in tight tin. Keeps well and can be frozen.
