CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
First Layer:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 sticks butter

Second Layer:

1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

Third Layer:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping

Mix ingredients of First Layer and bake, pressed in 9 x 13-inch pan, 25 minutes at 350°F. Let cool.

Mix ingredients of Second Layer and spread on baked mixture.

Mix ingredients of Third Layer until thick. Spoon on Second Layer. Use remainder of whipped topping to spread on top. Chill and serve.
