TEXAS FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil. Remove from stove and add sugar, flour, salt and soda. (The flour, salt and soda should be sifted together.) Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into sheet pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1). Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. While baking make icing. 6 tbsp. milk 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) 1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, nuts and vanilla. If icing is too thick, add a little more milk. Pour or spread on cake after it comes out of the oven.
