STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
7-8 pork chops, fry in 3 tbsp. oil

DRESSING:

7-8 slices dry bread, crumbled
Sage
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Celery, diced
Onion

Add 1/2 drippings from chops with hot water to above and form a ball. Place chops in roasting pan and drop a scoop of dressing on each. Mix 2 cans Cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water; pour over chops. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
