STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
4 pork chops cut with pockets
1/2 c. cooking apples, peeled and diced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk, plus 2 tbsp.

Combine first 7 ingredients. Stuff in pockets. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncover and bake additional 30 minutes.
