MEXICAN SALAD 
1 large head lettuce
1 can ranch style Beans-drained
or ranch style kidney beans
1/2 c. onion-chopped
3/4 bottle Kraft Catalina Dressing
1 pound grated longhorn cheese
2 tomatoes-diced
1 medium package Fritos-crushed

Tear lettuce into small pieces. Drain and rinse beans. Add lettuce and beans to tomatoes, onion and cheese. Pour dressing over top. Mix well. Add crushed Fritos and serve. Serves 12.

(The original recipe called for a $.49 bag of Fritos. Tells the age. Excellent!!)
