CHILI 
1 lb. ground sirloin
2 cloves garlic
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained

Cook ground sirloin and garlic until meat browns; drain. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, chili powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling and simmer 1/2 hour.

Stir in beans and simmer 15 minutes. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar. One cup crushed corn chips.

Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 30 minutes. Spoon sour cream in enter, sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar. Eat with corn chips.
