TNT CHILI 
3 lbs. beef sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes or 3 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
5-6 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. Masa Harina (optional)
1 tbsp. Hungarian paprika or reg.
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. Jalapeno juice
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. salt

1. In kettle, cook beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat is brown.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 2 hours.

Top with green onions, if desired. Makes 4-5 servings.
