PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 1/3 c. butter, melted 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil Brown hamburger, saute onion in 1 1/3 tablespoons butter. Pour remaining butter (1/4 cup) in an 11 x 7 inch dish. Toss cooked spaghetti in butter. Cover with 1 can tomato sauce. Add in order 1/2 Swiss, 1/2 hamburger, 1/2 Mozzarella and all of onions. Then sprinkle with oregano and basil. Top with remaining sauce, Swiss, hamburger and Mozzarella. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly at 350 degrees. |
