PINWHEEL MEATLOAF 
Your favorite meat loaf recipe
Your favorite sliced cheese
Sliced ham or pepperoni

Set your meat mixture on enough wax paper to be able to work on it. Press mixture until it is rectangular in shape and about 1 inch thick. Sprinkle chopped parsley and then spread the cheese and cold cuts on the meat.

With the edge of the wax paper, begin to roll the meat until it can be molded into the shape of a jelly roll. Bake in a non-stick baking pan for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. It looks great when sliced.
