4 c. quick cooking oats 3/4 c. coconut 3/4 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. sesame seeds 3/4 c. almonds 1/4 c. bran 3/4 c. pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp. cinnamon Pinch of salt 1/3 c. oil 2/3 c. honey 2 tbsp. molasses Mix oil, honey and molasses together. Stir in the rest of ingredients and put on a large cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and store in a sealed container. |
