QUICK GAME ROAST 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) game roast
Heavy duty aluminum foil
Salt and pepper
Burgundy or chablis wine
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Place the roast on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and pierce the meat with a long tined fork. Place 3 tablespoons of wine on the meat, then sprinkle with the dry onion soup. Bring the foil up over the meat and seal very tightly. Set in a roasting pan and put in the oven at 425 degrees. Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, turning the package over halfway through cooking time.
