PEANUT BUTTER - CHOC BONBONS 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
3 tbsp. shortening

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Melt next 2 ingredients and pour over the coconut mixture. Blend until moist. Roll into 1 inch balls. In a small pan over low heat, melt chocolate with shortening. Spear balls on toothpicks; dip into chocolate to coat. Put on wax paper. Chill to set. Store in air-tight containers, between layers of waxed paper in cool place. 4 dozen.
