BARBECUED CHUCK ROAST 
2-3 lbs. boneless beef roast
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 c. liquid from roast

Bake roast for approximately 2 1/2 hours until fork tender. Fork shred, skim fat. Add above ingredients and cook 1 more hour. Serve on bun.

I have doubled the sauce recipe and cooked up 3-4 pounds of ground beef and used as sloppy joes.
