STIR FRIED CORN 
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
2 c. drained canned corn

Melt butter in a skillet. Add drained corn. Cook gently about 5 minutes, stirring with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

Note: To vary this recipe add a green pepper cut into strips or add 4 small chopped green onions to the butter before adding the corn. Any combinations of vegetables can be prepared using the same method. Try corn and celery or zucchini and tomatoes.
