CLAM CHOWDER | |
1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix 2 c. milk 1 c. water 2 tbsp. butter 4 med. potatoes, chopped or diced (lg. or sm.) 4 med. onions, chopped or diced (lg. or sm.) Salt & pepper to taste 1 can (6-8 oz.) minced clams, juice & all Mix soup mix, water, milk and butter. Bring to boil over low heat, then add clams, potato, onion, salt and pepper. Cook until potato and onion are tender. Serves 4-6 people. Stir often. |
