COMPANY CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. salad oil

Pour enough of oil in skillet to cover the bottom and heat while mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into heated pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
