2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. self rising meal

Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Pour into hot iron skillet with hot oil covering the bottom. Bake at 375 degrees until it is brown. You may cook in muffin tins if you like.
