COMPANY POTATOES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed out
1 stick butter, melted
1 sm. onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Place hash browns in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour or spread over hash browns. Mix the Topping together and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.
