HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers

Mix all ingredients in the order given. Add 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
