3/4 c. sugar
4 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt

Punch down, let dough rise again. Punch down, cut into 5 equal parts. Roll with rolling pin to get air bubbles out. Shape in loaves. Let raise. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
