EASY LEMON BARS 
1 lemon cake mix
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, egg and oil until crumbly. Save 1 cup of this mixture for topping. Put rest of mixture in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, 1/3 cup white sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Spread on baked mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup crumb mixture. Return to oven and bake until golden brown.
