EASY HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. real mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan; cook, stirring, over low heat until heated through. May be kept hot using a double boiler. Makes 2 cups sauce.

Sorry Steph but I must disagree. This was the worst recipe I think I have ever tried!! It doesn't taste ANYTHING like Hollandaise. Even a generic package mix comes closer to the real thing than this recipe did. I just couldn't use it as intended, instead...I added some dill weed, garlic and salt and transformed it into a veggie dip.

I've looked a a dozen recipes for mock Hollandaise sauce and the ingredients vary so much I don't know how they all are supposed to taste like real Hollandaise. :)
