PUMPKIN TORTE DESSERT 
24 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix thoroughly. Press in 9x13 pan.

Mix and pour over crust: 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Bake 350 degrees, 20 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

2 c. pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add 1 envelope of plain gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water). Cool. Beat 3 egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar and fold in pumpkin mixture. Pour over crust. Top with whip cream.
