RHONDA'S FRENCH APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
6-7 c. apple slices
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeg
1 unbaked pie crust

Combine sugar, apple slices, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Place mixture in unbaked pie crust.

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Combine butter, brown sugar and flour to make crumb topping and place over apple mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 345 degrees for 40 minutes.
