FRENCH APPLE PIE 
5 c. sliced tart apples
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Mix first 4 ingredients together, adding apples last. Pour into pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apple mixture in pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
