FRENCH APPLE CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Line pie crust bottom with chopped apples. Mix sugar, cream, vanilla, salt and eggs together and pour over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees for 30 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle with topping of:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
