FRENCH CREAM PIE 
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cream (or 1 carton half & half for milk and cream)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon, for sprinkling

Combine sugar and flour in heavy saucepan. Stir together. Gradually add half & half. Cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill.
