CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 box vanilla wafers

Blend sugar and (whipped) cream cheese. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Line cupcake tins (put in 1 vanilla wafer). Fill 3/4 with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Make one day before using and refrigerate. You may add pie filling on top before serving.
