STRAWBERRIES `N CREAM 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening
4 c. whole strawberries, washed & hulled
Single pie crust
1 tsp. almond extract

Bake pie crust and cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract. In a separate bowl whip the cream. Fold together and pour into cool pie crust. Position strawberries, pointed ends up on top of filling. Melt chocolate chips with shortening either on stove top over hot water or in the microwave. Drizzle over strawberries and refrigerate until chocolate sets. Serves 8-10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
