EASY ICE CREAM PIE 
1 ready made graham cracker crust (chocolate or reg. graham)
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (or other flavor of your choice)
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 can chocolate syrup (sm.)
1 jar fruit preserves (low sugar is fine); strawberry, raspberry or blackberry are good choices

Drizzle chocolate over bottom of pie shell. Soften ice cream on counter top, let sit until easily spooned into pie shell. Fill pie shell with ice cream to desired thickness. Spread thin layer of preserves on top. Drizzle more chocolate syrup if desired. Freeze pie in a box or use the plastic lid that came over pie shell. Before serving, completely cover top of pie with Cool Whip. Let sit 10 minutes to defrost, then cut into slices. A pretty, yummy dessert.
