EASY BLACK BEAN SOUP 
Good with tortilla chips!

1 lb. ground beef
4 (15 oz. ea.) cans black beans
2 cups salsa
2 or 3 cups chicken stock (Swanson)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 or 3 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tsp. cumin (or more to taste)
2 or 3 tbsp. lime juice
garnish with fresh cilantro, dairy sour cream, or shredded cheese

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic together. Drain fat.

In a food processor puree both cans of black beans. Add all ingredients together into large pot and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.

Spoon into bowls and garnish as desired.
